Specifications:16% Solids. Stain-resistant, all-acrylic, clear,non-yellowing emulsion sealer and undercoater. Dries in 30 minutes.Covers 1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft. per gal for worn or porous floors; 2,000 sq. ft. per gal for newer or smoother floors. We recommended one coat-if you need a second coat, it must be very thin and even.
